Handle, Leather Carrying, one (1) each. Condition new unused. Recently manufactured handle is supplied with black anodized aluminum shoulder screws. Post goes through all of the leather instead of only half of it as on many originals. Stronger design and screw threads do not damage the leather. Used on many components of U.S. Army Signal Corps Radio Sets SCR-509, SCR-510, SCR-609. SCR-610 and AN/TRC-20. Components include all models that I know of except the CS-79-M (which had a steel handle) of CS-79, BC-620, BC-659, PE-97, PE-117, PE-120 and RA-120 plus RT-111/TRC-20 and PP-1067/GR.
The handles will also fit on the cases for BC-1306 (SCR-694-C), RT-12/TRC-2, RT-77/GRC-9 and RT-77A/GRC-9 if the D-rings are present.  I've noticed that some late production RT-77A cases have the mounting brackets but not the D-rings.  Handles should also fit BC-1136 (SCR-694-AW) and BC-1137 (SCR-714).
If straightened out flat, length from center to center of the attaching loops when closed with the screw posts is about 6-3/4". Width of the loops is just over 3/4". Width of the handle near the center is about 1" and height is 3/4". D-rings on the original cases are mounted 5-1/2" apart. Original attaching D-rings were made of 3/16" dia. wire and were 1-1/4" wide (center to center of wire) near where they attach.
