    This is a handsome find. It is a current reproduction of a Squadron Artists kit. Consists of a vintage metal case with clasps, measures
    19 ¼” x 6 ½” x 3 ¼” inches. Current had painted insignia of the 8
    th
    Army Air Forces and the AAF HQ insignia. Top reads, “DEBEN SQUADRON ARTIST”, this would have been the guy painting nose art on the bombers. It is named to Crew Chief S.Sgt. Donald Allen. Bottom of kit reads, 334
