    Description

    General George Patton
    Ivory Handled Revolver
This is a nice reproduction of an original WW2 photograph showing  US General George Patton with his fabled Ivory Grip Revolver on his hip in Tunisia in 1943.  The infamous revolver carries a notch in the grip that Patton carved after personally killing one of Pancho Villa's Lieutenants with this gun while serving under Pershing in 1916!!   The revolver was a Colt 1873 Single Action chambered in .45 Long Colt, a poweful round.  Great photo!
    Size is about 5" x 5".
