I have for you 2 black rubber hoses for ones that are missing on your WWII Type B-4 Life Vest/ Preserver. The only items for sale are the hoses, the vest pictured is just for reference. The hoses pictured above show the remnants of an original hose next to the ones you will receive just to show that the dimensions are close. I have owned and sold enough of these to know how hard it is to find one that has the hoses intact and not falling apart from dry rot. These are very close to the originals and easy to replace on your vest.
In the past I have taken off the remaining hose material from the inflation nozzle before I replaced the tube. I would then heat the replacement tube under hot water to push & twist back on the nozzle until it seated well. I have also taken the nozzle off the vest to do this so I didn't risk damaged the inner rubber bladder of the vest (they are likely dry rotted too). I am sure you have your own method but this worked for me, try it at your own risk.
